Shipping policy
Processing time
All orders are handmade to order or prepared with care in our Porto studio. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Design Your Own orders may occasionally require a little longer, since each piece is cut, stitched, and finished by hand.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to Portugal, the rest of the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. We're working on expanding to more destinations, if your country isn't listed yet, feel free to reach out and we'll let you know when it becomes available.
Shipping rates and delivery times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Estimated delivery times:
- Portugal: 1–2 business days
- Rest of the European Union: 3–5 business days
- United Kingdom & United States: 5–15 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed, delays may occur due to customs processing or courier delays outside our control.
Free shipping
Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping across all destinations.
Customs and import duties
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom or United States, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the courier or local customs authority upon delivery.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@sofiasagestudio.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date, and we will investigate with the courier and arrange a resolution.
